(DBCI) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization designed to empower at-risk individuals to reach their full potential in the areas of fine arts, technology, health education, career and mental health awareness aimed to foster self-esteem, enhance creativity while teaching various life skills that will improve the quality of life for our participants.
